To our customers, employees, partners, and the communities we serve:
We are heartbroken by Russia’s devastating war against Ukraine. The suffering it has brought to millions of people is immense. We hope for peace and safety for Ukrainian people.
Our People
LoyaltyPlant is a remote-first company, with team members across many countries. Our immediate priority is the safety and wellbeing of every colleague and their family, without exception. For our colleagues in Ukraine, we are providing direct financial, operational, and relocation support. We will stand by them for as long as it takes.
Our Customers in Ukraine
To our Ukrainian customers: you are our priority. We are waiving fees and providing whatever additional support we can for as long as it is needed.
Our Commercial Operations
After careful consideration, we have decided to wind down our commercial activities in the Russian market. Our presence there is limited and conducted through a small number of independent resellers. We will work responsibly with them to ensure an orderly transition for existing customers and to minimize disruption.
Closing
LoyaltyPlant’s mission has always been to help businesses build rewarding relationships with their customers and create small moments of joy in everyday life. That mission matters more now, not less. We will keep standing by it, and by the people and communities it serves around the world.
