2018 Loyalty360 Award Winners Recognized at Loyalty Expo

 

Last week, Loyalty Expo 2018 featured the presentation of the fifth annual Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards. Recognizing companies that have proven to be trailblazers in the customer loyalty space, awards were given out in 6 categories in addition to the overall 360-Degree Award for comprehensive excellence.

 

“These awards have grown to be among the most prestigious accolades in customer loyalty, and we were thrilled to see the continued upward trend in both quality and quantity of submissions this year,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “Congratulations to all of our winners, and we look forward to seeing their next step of innovation within the space.”

 

The 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards included more than 150 submissions from over 100 unique brands.

 

Winners are selected through a two-phase process. First, entries are judged by a panel consisting of industry leaders and experts until 4 finalists per category are chosen. Once finalists are selected, each brand presents their entry to Loyalty Expo attendees, where those present can cast their vote for a platinum, gold, silver, and bronze winner in each category.

 

“This year’s Customer Loyalty Awards included a number of returning companies, but also a strong contingent of new brands that we are excited to recognize as standouts when it comes to building customer loyalty.
